Scientific Name of White Mouse: Mus Musculus (Dagang Costa)

I was about to read my module in Second Language Teaching course when I was engaged in commenting to OLSHS group via Facebook. It was so fun exchanging comments with High School friends about "crush" LOL! They were unsuccessful to make me say mine and I don't have the intention to shout it out LOL!

Instead, I had a private conversation with my good friend Tinz ;-) A secret crush code name: ICED TEA was revealed and love story was told, especially the first ones and the unforgettable ones. Dagang Costa is how we call our exes' gf's... coz they look like one LMAO! Mus Musculus aka with initials VDC hahaha!

It was awesome talking to Tinz, it's so Kilig, hihihi! I had a great time spending my early morning with her even if I still have lots of pages to read huh!

This morning, I was logging in to my Skype account from my ipod, when hubby peeked in and said, "aha!" Claiming that he saw something unusual. "_ _ _ _ _ 143 pala ang password mo ha!," he said teasingly. LOL! This is absolutely ridiculous! How come he thought of something like that. He was trying to be cute, I know. But this is something that I get serious about.

What happened to me and to that boy was history. It could not be something in the present. There were several situations that we could might be back together,, but never happened because I didn't want it to. So, why now? Past is past... very common... but it's definitely true! This proves something, doesn't it?

It's been 2 weeks now, my shoulders are still killing me. I don't wanna take meds all the time. I don't want to be dependent on it. Huh! What should I do? Massage? It costs too much around here... it's stressing me out, literally! I noticed my mood swings and I've been so hot headed lately. Argh! Let this pain go away!!!

Breakfast 1 cup bran cereal 1 cup skim milk 1 banana

Lunch Tuna sandwich with whole grain bread and low fat mayo 2 cups raw vegetable crudités (carrot, red pepper, celery) 1 small apple

Afternoon Snack Nectarine Sparkling water with lemon

Dinner 3 oz grilled chicken breast ¾ cup steamed green beans Salad with 1 cup lettuce, ½ cup cherry tomatoes, ½ cup grated carrot 2 teaspoons olive oil and balsamic vinegar 1 fresh peach

Evening Snack 1 small pear

I am going to start this diet tomorrow... Good luck to me!
