It's been a month now, that I noticed that my weight is just going 1-2 pounds lesser then goes back again. I don't know what's wrong with what I am doing, but just a moments ago, I figured out that maybe I need to lessen my calorie intake because I have lost heaps of pounds already.
And being sedentary for a few months, I need to get back to brisk walking, tramping, and zumba!
I will try to do a strict diet for a week and will see what will happen? I hope I could lose 15 pounds this month or else I'll fail my goal.:-(
