3 Hearts Plus 1


 It all started with a glance,
Then with a stare,
You smiled at me once
Then you touched my hair.

Letters say it all,
Don't care if it's just a song,
Did it matter when I didn't call?
Where did I go wrong?

Obsessesion, possesiveness, is this what we call love?
Intimacy and jealousy, I shouldn't be shoved

Love just ain't enough, Oh what a selfish heart I have?
Goodbye and regrets, was all kept hidden in a cove.

Sunshine came and shone upon me,
Happiness and delighfulness was all I see.
Rainbows, Sun and Stars all in one sky,
This is true, this is love, the only one... in my eye!

Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes... Head, Shoulders... OUCH!

It's been 2 weeks now, my shoulders are still killing me. I don't wanna take meds all the time. I don't want to be dependent on it. Huh! What should I do? Massage? It costs too much around here... it's stressing me out, literally! I noticed my mood swings and I've been so hot headed lately. Argh! Let this pain go away!!!

Breakfast
1 cup bran cereal
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
Lunch
Tuna sandwich with whole grain bread and low fat mayo
2 cups raw vegetable crudités (carrot, red pepper, celery)
1 small apple
Afternoon Snack
Nectarine
Sparkling water with lemon
Dinner
3 oz grilled chicken breast
¾ cup steamed green beans
Salad with 1 cup lettuce, ½ cup cherry tomatoes, ½ cup grated carrot
2 teaspoons olive oil and balsamic vinegar
1 fresh peach
Evening Snack 1 small pear

Yoyo? Oh no!!!

It's been a month now, that I noticed that my weight is just going 1-2 pounds lesser then goes back again. I don't know what's wrong with what I am doing, but just a moments ago, I figured out that maybe I need to lessen my calorie intake because I have lost heaps of pounds already.

And being sedentary for a few months, I need to get back to brisk walking, tramping, and zumba!

I will try to do a strict diet for a week and will see what will happen? I hope I could lose 15 pounds this month or else I'll fail my goal.:-(
